The Scoop : New Music + Low End Theory

The BNB posse caught up with a couple music makers to get the scoop on what theyve got cookin. We always like to know who's doing what outside of the major hip hop world. We figure you can read all the other blogs to get bootlegged albums and to see the new Nas video, so we come with the real info for the people.

So first, from LA hip hopper E Reece:


"Its official, my new LP with my band Core Elements has been picked up by Japanese record label Mic Life, also home to Othello, Time Machine, Fresh Air & DJ Drez among others. Be on the lookout for more announcements coming soon. I'm real excited and looking forward to big thangs over in Japan. Mixtape, promo vinyl, 12"s, remixes and bonus material to be released in November, with the US release following a few weeks after on Elevated Mental Recordings. Next, we caught up with our boy Sepalot in Germany, who's been touring the globe with Frank Nitt. Sepalot and Nitt gave BNB the scoop on a new project theyre working on...its a secret still, so we cant tell all. But we can give you a little taste of their sound:
